Validation of EV VCU and Braking Functional Safety

Project Scope


  • Test cases written in excel with all input and output parameters and configuration to be executed on dSPACE/SCALEXIO

  • Python GUI to configure CAN, diagnostic, harness, projects etc. and to load the test cases file (in excel)

  • Execution of test cases and generating the reports in html format for further analysis

  • With the real VCU and wiring harness to be configured with dSPACE/SCALEXIO

  • dSPACE control desk, panels, plant model (simple open loop configuration)
