ARi’s Solutions

  • Designed paddle plate, top gussets, and floor liner to align with the moldboard

  • Developed new side and bottom wear plates based on updated paddle and side plate geometry

  • Updated CAD models and released manufacturing drawings via PLM system

ARi’s Value Proposition

  • Delivered application-specific bucket design without requiring machine modifications

  • Enabled reuse of existing machines with versatile work tools

  • Brought expertise in designing buckets ranging from 10 m³ to 30 m³ for rock, coal, iron ore, woodchips, and general material handling
