Project Scope

Design electrical harness and cables for HMS 6060 AC machine inside medium voltage cabinet (NPI).


Business Challenges


  • The cables and harnesses should have the real time bend radius

  • All the cables and harnesses should be protected or placed at a safe

    distance to avoid any EMI or EDDY current effects

  • Routing paths to be designed without requesting any updates with the Light

    Fabs team as everything is finalized

  • Identified the most desired path and routed the harness without disturbing

    the cabinet finalized design

  • Identified the available clipping points within the cabinet to secure the

    harness

  • All components were placed at the distance to 130mm Min. for safety

    purposes

  • Provided the best path within the compact environment without violating

    the real time bends of the cables
