Project Scope
A leading Off Highway OEM trusted us to handle their accelerated product life cycle testing project, during which we managed the end-to-end activity right from modular test rig design, FEA analysis, fabrication, assembly, hydraulics and testing.
Business Challenges
- The entire project was to be completed in 1.5 years hence we needed to do
meticulous planning and have seamless coordination with all stakeholders - The rig design was conceptualized in-house after many theoretical
calculations. All the components of the rig are on a single movable structure
including the hydraulic tanks, pumps, hoses and valves as well as controls
making it a challenging design task

ARi’s core team of engineers planned the project & performed rigorous engineering simulations and procured the right parts to meet stress and vibration
levels at critical locations for accelerated life cycle testing. The goal was to make the test rig last for more time than the product under test.
